2. Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs.4000 within India. Restrictions may apply based on location and order volume.

3. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM (IST) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

2. Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

3. Shipping Times: International delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 business days. Expedited options may be available in certain regions.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages: UlūK Outdoors is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they’ve been marked as delivered. However, we encourage customers to reach out to our support team for guidance.

Shipping Restrictions:

Due to the nature of some of our products, certain items may be restricted based on shipping laws and regulations. We currently cannot ship to P.O. boxes, some select geographies, or remote areas for certain items.

Returns & Exchange:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. For more details, visit our Returns Policy page.
